About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Identity Engineer to join our team at nbn. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce IAM/PAM patterns and controls to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM/PAM solutions seamlessly across the enterprise.
  • Manage the provisioning, de-provisioning, and maintenance of user accounts, roles, entitlements, and privileged access.
  • Resolve IAM/PAM-related issues promptly, minimising downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong knowledge of IAM/PAM concepts and technologies, including authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), identity federation, and privileged access management. Familiarity with IAM/PAM tools and platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, or CyberArk is essential.

You will also have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively, and strong communications skills to convey intricate concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
