Senior Clinical Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team as a senior clinician in a busy outpatient hand therapy service. The role primarily involves seeing patients for post-surgery/post-acute therapy and will provide regular clinical supervision, as well as supervising junior clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing advanced clinical knowledge and skills in occupational therapy to patients with complex hand conditions.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Supervising junior clinicians and providing mentorship and guidance.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of new programs and services.
- Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA, with experience at Level 2 or higher.
- Advanced clinical knowledge, skill, and significant clinical experience in the provision of occupational therapy.
- Able to independently problem solve and apply professional and ethical boundaries when working with complex situations as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Current NSW driver's license (P1 and P2 acceptable).
