Job Overview

The Environment Manager role is a pivotal position within the organization, responsible for driving structure and visibility across complex release schedules, refresh cycles, and environment bookings.

This role supports multiple delivery and testing teams across the program, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead environment planning, scheduling, and allocation across program workstreams.
  • Manage connectivity requirements between D365 and integrated platforms.
  • Coordinate and govern environment booking processes, ensuring fairness and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the release process into test environments, ensuring compliance with agreed methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed environment refresh schedules and support data coordination across teams.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, test managers, and program leads to ensure environment availability meets project timelines.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in managing complex release schedules and refresh cycles.
  • Ability to coordinate and govern environment booking processes.
