  • Manage Landlord Relationships

    • Resolve operational and safety issues on a site-by-site basis
  • Training and Development
    • Oversee the training of contractors and staff
    • Ensure benchmarks for cleanliness, safety, and productivity are consistently achieved
  • Performance Management
    • Drive performance through the management of people and technology
    • Regularly audit contractor performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Additional Tasks
    • Ensure kiosks are well-presented and maintenance schedules are adhered to
    • Analyze and improve operational processes and best practices
    • Provide ongoing assistance, guidance, and coaching support to contractors and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervision or quality assurance experience in a similar role
  • People management and development experience
  • Strong focus on customer service and conflict management
  • Comfortable with technology (systems and hardware)
