Site Operative

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Site Operative in Melbourne's Northern and Western Suburbs. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring site general cleanliness, managing traffic flow, and maintaining a tidy pit area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing litter picking and general cleaning duties
- Managing traffic flow and directing customers safely
- Maintaining a clean and organized pit area, including recyclable waste management
- Assisting operators through two-way radio communication
- Cleaning equipment such as EWP Machines and forklifts
- Loading and unloading tankers of grease trap waste
- Operating PLC controls
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will enjoy consistent ongoing work Monday to Friday with great rates and the opportunity to work weekends/public holidays. We require candidates who are physically fit, able to commit to ongoing work, and reliable.
Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to work on feet for extended periods
- Must be able to navigate uneven surfaces safely
- Must hold COVID vaccination status
- Must commit to ongoing work Monday to Friday
- Must demonstrate reliability and accountability
- Forklift license is highly advantageous but not mandatory
