Early Childhood Educator Job Opportunity

Are you a passionate and experienced educator looking to shape the lives of young children? We are seeking a highly motivated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Alto-Early-Learning.

As an educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily operations and supervising educational programs to ensure alignment with our service standards.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day management in the absence of the Approved Provider and Nominated Supervisor.
  • Ensuring compliance with child health and safety regulations, including supervision, food safety, and administration of medication.
  • Developing and upholding quality educational practices that contribute to each child's learning and wellbeing.
  • Maintaining collaborative relationships with staff, families, and the community to enhance the inclusive atmosphere of our service.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with experienced teachers. We value creativity, innovation, and a passion for teaching and learning.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a 2IC or in a joint Lead Educator/2IC role.
  • Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Strong managerial skills and experience in a Montessori environment.
  • Ability to manage policies and procedures.
  • Competency in using managerial software such as Xplor, Qkids, or other similar products.
