Corporate Governance Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Secretary to provide company secretarial and governance support in Australia, South-East Asia and Singapore.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support corporate secretarial matters and legal entity board governance issues across multiple entities.
  • Prepare documentation and processes for Board Directors and company officers.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the Corporate Secretary and governance landscape.
  • Maintain corporate registers and records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on corporate secretarial matters.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in one or more Southeast Asian languages is advantageous.
  • Thorough knowledge of Australian, SEA and/or Singapore Companies Act requirements and associated laws.
  • Demonstrated competency in company secretarial practices and sound experience gained from a professional firm or peer organization.
  • Qualification in corporate governance is preferred.
