As a Remote Vet Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice and support to clients over the phone
- Booking appointments and managing client schedules
- Triage calls and provide guidance to clients
- Assisting with online bookings and website inquiries
- Reminders and follow-up communications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Cert IV qualification and at least 4 years of experience as a registered nurse
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in difficult situations
- Confident in making triaging decisions over the phone
- RxWorks knowledge
