The successful candidates will benefit from a dedicated onboarding program and tailored learning and development programs to aid progression. We have full-time and part-time positions available for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Exercise Physiologists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments using evidence-based tools to evaluate an individual's health and injury history, treatment, prognosis, employment and training history, and presenting barriers and strengths.
  • Compile a written report with clinical justification of recommendations for work capacity, treatment and rehabilitation, evidence-based solutions to address barriers, and liaison with key stakeholders.
  • Provide health coaching using Positivum based on CBT principles, recommendations for return to health and work goals, and development of return to work plans.
  • Conduct injury prevention and management consultancy services and functional capacity evaluations.
  • Provide ongoing rehabilitation and case management services including health coaching, education, evaluation of progress, and job preparation and seeking assistance tailored to individual needs.

Requirements:
