Key Job Details

This senior leadership role involves overseeing the expansion of our commercial division in NSW and ACT. You will lead a team of 5 assessors, estimators, project managers, and a project coordinator to deliver exceptional project outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the growth and development of the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with a collaborative General Manager to meet budgeted gross margin targets.
  • Improve internal processes and systems for transparency and efficiency.
  • Deliver coaching and mentoring to team members on core project management skills.
  • Provide hands-on support for major projects, including tendering and project management.
Requirements
  • Previous experience leading and mentoring teams, preferably in estimating, operations, construction, or state management roles.
  • Process-driven approach with a focus on developing team skillsets.
  • Well-rounded understanding of project management principles and their application.
  • Experience in commercial building works, trades, or insurance building repair is highly regarded.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and empathy skills.
