About the Role

The company is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to oversee transactional banking and system administration of banking platforms on a permanent basis.

Your Key Responsibilities will Include:

  • Establishing and maintaining centralized banking governance, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Developing and maintaining banking platform policies and procedures, including user management, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Auditing and ensuring user compliance with banking platform access, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Managing relationships with external banks and resolving issues in a timely manner, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Administering the Corporate Credit Card Facility, ensuring accurate reconciliation and prompt payment of invoices.
  • Enforcing internal controls, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Supporting ad-hoc requests and KYC tasks, providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Procuring auditor bank confirmations for year-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements.

About You

  • You hold a secondary education qualification and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in finance or professional services.
  • You possess strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in remote work and excellent time management abilities.
  • You have keen attention to detail, strong relationship-building skills, and effective written and verbal communication.
  • You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and meticulous in your approach.
  • You have familiarity with control environments and policy compliance, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
