Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to contribute to our organisation's meaningful outcomes in a supportive and professional environment.

The successful candidate will partner with executives, senior managers, and people leaders to provide strategic and operational guidance on complex HR and people management matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and advice to senior managers and people leaders to strengthen capability and performance across the organisation.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of complex and sensitive casework, including investigations into employee misconduct.
  • Drive workforce planning initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement strategies that enhance organisational performance and efficiency.
  • Lead organisational change processes, ensuring compliance with industrial instruments and supporting transformation initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working within the public sector.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Workplace Relations or a related field, or extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Business partnering skills and knowledge.
  • Proven success managing sensitive and complex people management matters through to resolution.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and influence outcomes at all levels.
