Strategic Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned strategic business partner to collaborate with our teams and drive People solutions aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business to ensure Talent & Performance management practices are embedded, including coaching senior leaders to deliver on our Great Place to Work Strategy.
  • Input into the development and oversee the execution of all cyclical & corporate P&C activities to ensure they're fit for purpose and effectively executed within Business Units.

You'll also be responsible for:

  • Effective strategic business partnering with key senior stakeholders to execute the people plan and strategy aligned to the commercial needs of the business.
  • Managing and delivering the succession & development planning processes to support the talent pipeline.
  • Creating and implementing change management plans that analyse impact, gain team member commitment, and minimise resistance.
  • Ensuring strong communication and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Influencing and educating key stakeholders around matters of diversity and inclusion.
  • Leading specific operations people initiatives to improve our team members' experience.
  • Couching and leading the business to deliver all People Metrics.
  • Embedding organisational change, capability, and cultural initiatives through effective partnership and coaching.
  • Actively promoting cultural change and supporting new initiatives, as well as ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating as part of the Operations P&C Business Partnering team to share best practice, support one another, and have fun.
