This role is for you if you have 5+ years of experience in mobile product management, delivering impactful user-facing features, and 3+ years managing a B2C product at scale, with a monthly active user base of 500,000+. You are passionate about designing for health, wellness, or habit-forming digital products, and possess strong English communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Research health trends and user needs to inform program design and evolution.
  • Translate clinical and behavioral science into intuitive, engaging user experiences.
  • Collaborate with behavior scientists, health experts, and content teams to create habit-forming journeys.
  • Own the development of program features and experiences from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Define clear logic and ensure all programs align with clinical standards and mobile tech capabilities.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to optimize adherence, satisfaction, and outcomes.
  • Continuously improve the structure, logic, and content delivery across programs.
  • Ensure programs adapt to different user segments—from everyday wellness to condition-specific needs.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile product management.
  • 3+ years managing a B2C product at scale.
  • Proven ability to own product development end-to-end from research to launch and iteration.
  • Domain and behavioral expertise: experience designing for health, wellness, or habit-forming digital products (preferred).
  • Ability to translate scientific or clinical insights into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
  • Prior experience in early-stage startups, with comfort navigating fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
