We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Mobile Plant Operator to join our team at ANJ Paving Pty Ltd.

**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving and maneuvering plant on site
  • Selecting and fitting correct attachments to various plant such as Bobcats, Rollers & Pavers
  • Manipulating controls to operate attachments mechanically, hydraulically, and electrically, and moving materials such as spoil and asphaltic concrete
  • Monitoring the operation of plant directly
  • Monitoring the condition of plant through pre-starts and reporting mechanical faults via the company-nominated APP Gearbox and performing minor repairs

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant mobile plant operator experience
  • An Australian Qualified Certificate 2 or 3 in the construction industry
  • A valid car or truck license
  • A construction Induction OH&S white card
  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • A flexible attitude towards varied start and finish times
  • A willingness to work some overtime and occasional weekend work
