About this role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to take ownership of the complete QLD job schedule, excluding parts orders. This involves demonstrating commitment to the highest standards of communication, quality and safety.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and installation teams.
- Scheduling and proactively overseeing all live projects within QLD.
- Creating and managing purchase orders, tracking install and revenue reporting.
- Coordinating safety or quality documentation and inductions where required.
- Managing projects before, during and after installation.
- Regular meetings with design and production teams to ensure projects are on track.
- Assisting the sales team with quoting, take-offs and site meetings.
- Maintaining ERP System and Monday.com.
