Job Title:

Head of Performance and Governance

Job Summary:

Lendlease is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Digital Performance and Governance team. As the Head of Performance and Governance, you will be responsible for steering our Digital function to optimize performance, manage risk, and ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a Digital performance plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
  • Establish benchmarks and targets for digital performance to guide the Digital Function.
  • Chair the Enterprise Information Management Committee (EIMC) and work closely with our corporate risk, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Champion a highly collaborative and transparent governance culture across the Digital function.
Requirements:
  • Experience designing and implementing risk and compliance governance frameworks.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in delivering executive reports, dashboards, performance advice, and KPIs.
  • Strong knowledge of modern data and digital technologies, applied in leading transformative business outcomes that leverage such capabilities.
  • Experience in managing performance in accordance with strategic objectives and influencing alignment to agreed outcomes.
