Working in a supportive and dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our residents and make a real difference in their lives. You will be responsible for ensuring all cleaning requirements are met each shift, interacting with residents in a friendly and positive manner, and performing routine cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and other designated areas of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained throughout the facility
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate department for prompt resolution
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to minimize the risk of infection transmission
- Follow safe work practices and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Collaborate with other staff members to support a clean and comfortable living environment for residents
