Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Safety Professional to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers and patrons at our aquatic facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain constant supervision of all patrons within the aquatic facility and conduct routine patrols to ensure the safety of their designated areas.
  • Promote and enforce a culture of safety to patrons using the aquatic areas, with specific attention to the Royal Life Saving Keep Watch Policy.
  • Perform various pool maintenance duties as directed, to maintain a clean and safe facility.
  • Act immediately and appropriately to assist patrons in the event of an emergency.
  • Follow and lead with centre emergency action plans and procedures as required.

Requirements

  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Royal Life Saving NSW Lifeguard Certificate.
  • Ability to obtain a valid Working with Children Check.
  • National Police Check.
