Highly Skilled Finishes Professional Wanted

The Finishes Foreman will play a pivotal role in the success of our live project at Oran Park. We are seeking an experienced professional to work collaboratively with our existing team of foremen to deliver high-quality finishes.
- Manage and coordinate the installation of finishes, including walls, ceilings, and floors.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum 5 years of experience as a Finishes Foreperson or equivalent.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods.
