Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Driver to join our team. As an Operations Driver, you will be responsible for driving service vehicles, managing e-bike fleets, and providing excellent customer service. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive service vehicles to manage e-bike fleets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of e-bikes to high-demand locations.
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the ground patroller team to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in fleet management and customer service.

Requirements

  • An open class NSW Driver Licence.
  • The ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Flexibility to work regular evenings, nights, and/or weekends.
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver 25-28 kg.
  • Some experience working as a driver (e.g., courier, Uber, removalist, etc.) is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • A safe and competent driver with the ability to be in charge of a vehicle.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • A team player who can work well with others and handle a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • A suitable smartphone to perform the role (generally an Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer).
