At Neuron Mobility, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Driver to join our team. As an Operations Driver, you will be responsible for managing our e-bike fleets, ensuring they are safely and efficiently distributed across the city. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage e-bike fleets, ensuring they are safely and efficiently distributed across the city.
  • Operate a service vehicle, typically a van, Ute, or small electric vehicle, to pick up e-bikes and move them to high-demand locations.
  • Work independently, sometimes paired with a ground patroller, to support the team and ensure the smooth operation of the e-bike fleet.
  • Meet the requirements of the role, including holding an open class NSW Driver Licence, working a minimum of 20 hours per week, and being flexible to work regular evenings, nights, and/or weekends.

Requirements:

  • An open class NSW Driver Licence.
  • The ability to work 20 hours minimum per week.
  • Flexibility to work regular evenings, nights, and/or weekends.
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver 25-28 kg.
  • Some experience working as a driver (e.g., courier, Uber, removalist, etc.) is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • A safe and competent driver with the ability to be in charge of a vehicle.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who works well with others and can handle a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Aged 21 or over to apply for this role.
  • A suitable smartphone to perform this role (generally an Apple or Android device from or newer).
