Microscopic Tissue Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Microscopic Tissue Preparation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate diagnosis by pathologists through the preparation of tissue samples for microscopic examination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing slides of specimens to enhance visibility under a microscope
  • Assisting with laboratory slide preparation and delivery operations
  • Collaborating professionally with digital imaging implementation teams
  • Performing quality assurance evaluations on scanned images
  • Preparing and analyzing data metrics related to imaging system reliability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or college coursework in a relevant scientific discipline (preferred)
  • At least one year of experience in the healthcare field
  • Demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational ability
