Staircraft Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Stair Installer to join our team at Frontline Construction Australia. As a Stair Installer, you will be responsible for assembling and installing high-end custom-made timber stairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install stairs using relevant tools and materials
• Deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service
• Select materials, fittings, and tools for each task
• Cutting resources to size
• Plan and ensure timely completion of projects
• Create standard and custom components of stairs
• Gather elements and assemble the final product

Requirements:

• Formal qualifications in carpentry, joinery, cabinet making, or stair building
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Stair Builder/Installer role
• Ability to read plans and cutting lists
• Knowledge of different types of timbers, laminates, and veneers
• Self-motivation and effective time management skills
• Previous experience working across multiple industries
