Staircraft Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Stair Installer to join our team at Frontline Construction Australia. As a Stair Installer, you will be responsible for assembling and installing high-end custom-made timber stairs, delivering exceptional product quality and customer service.

• Assemble and install stairs using relevant tools and materials
• Deliver high level of product quality and customer service
• Selecting materials, fittings, and tools for each task
• Cutting resources down to size
• Planning and ensuring that each project is completed on time
• Creating standard and custom components of stairs
• Gathering elements and assembling the final product

• Formal qualifications in carpentry, joinery, cabinet making, or stair building
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Stair Builder/Installer role
• Ability to read plans and cutting lists
• Knowledge of different types of timbers, laminates, and veneers
• Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
• Previous experience working across multiple industries
