Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement practical solutions to mitigate information risks through process improvements, training, and technical controls.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to enhance information handling practices.
  • Support enterprise-wide information compliance across multiple platforms, including Microsoft 365, Purview, and SharePoint.
  • Facilitate collaborative engagement activities, including workshops and change management efforts.
  • Assist in the operational management and insights into Microsoft Purview and other M365 compliance tools.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics, risks, and remediation activities.
Requirements
  • Hold or undergo a Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.
  • Have strong experience in information management and a keen interest in advancing your career in this field.
  • Be capable of working at the intersection of business and technology, and thrive in dynamic collaborative environments.
  • Have a solid understanding of information governance, compliance, and risk principles.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and solution delivery across business and technology domains using technologies such as Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 compliance features, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to adapt and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
