**The Role:**

We are seeking skilled Master Fabricators to join our team in QLD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling aluminium components in accordance with work instructions and drawings from supervisors and production staff.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting work in line with standard job builds and SOPs
  • Building jobs as directed by supervisors and production staff, ensuring work is built to appropriate standards and within time constraints
  • Reporting broken or damaged machinery, ensuring all problems are tagged out correctly
  • Welding and fabricating as required and to specifications
  • Adhering to Company Health and Safety Policies and Government rules

As a Master Fabricator, you will have the opportunity to participate in staff consultation and communications, such as Toolbox Talks and training.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $65,000-$90,000 per annum, depending on work experience
  • 2 Full-Time Positions available
  • Location: QLD

Requirements:

  • Trade Qualified in a relevant industry
  • Health and Safety training desirable
  • Extensive fabrication experience
  • Understanding of Safe Work Practices
  • Good ability to communicate effectively
  • Attention to detail

Physical Demands:

  • Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering material and equipment through physical and mechanical means
  • Wearing specialized protective equipment
  • Performing general physical activities, including climbing, balancing, sitting, and walking
  • Performing whole body movements, including twisting, squatting, kneeling, bending, and crawling
  • Performing sustained physical activities
  • Operating both handheld tooling and heavier machinery
  • Working at height or within a confined space
