We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Justice of the Peace Branch Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real difference in their local community.
About the RoleThe Justice of the Peace Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the appointment and ongoing training of Justices of the Peace. This role involves providing leadership and support to achieve the outcomes of the JP Branch, while maintaining close working partnerships with Court management and the judiciary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing medium to large-scale projects which are complex and sensitive in nature and/or involve significant business change.
- Implementing and developing organisational policy and procedures in respect of Justices of the Peace.
- Contributes to the development of operational level policy in consultation with stakeholders (including judiciary, JP Associations and court managers).
- Ensures compliance with legislation in respect of Justices of the Peace.
- Assists to manage and procure assets, facilities, technology and systems for the Branch.
- Contributes to the development of budgets and is responsible for effective monitoring and control of the Branch budget.
- Identifies and implements continuous improvement strategies within the Branch.
- Participates in identification of initiatives to continuously improve the services provided within the region.
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
