Key Role: Educational Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to spearhead the development of engaging and thought-provoking experiences for every child.

This role is about igniting sparks of creativity and curiosity in educators, turning them into passionate advocates for young minds. With a keen eye for quality, our leaders ensure that every day is a thrilling exploration for every child.

Our comprehensive National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP) supports professional growth with an extensive range of services and opportunities developed in collaboration with educators across the group.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of educators to design and implement innovative learning experiences.
  • Develop and implement high-quality curriculum initiatives that cater to diverse needs.
  • Participate in learning and development opportunities offered through the NLRDP to enhance leadership skills.
  • Engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge and inclusive practices as part of our Cultural Pedagogy initiatives.
  • Collaborate with pedagogical partners and mentoring teams to support program improvement and educator development.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven leadership and mentoring expertise.
  • ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care qualification or higher.
  • A current state-relevant Working with Children Check.
  • Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain.
