About the Role:
Job Description- Provide confidential and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Leadership team
- Manage day-to-day operations of the corporate Brisbane Office
- Event Management
- IT Asset Management
- Liaise with Haynes People Industrial Executives and employees
- Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence and initiate follow-up actions where necessary
- Diary management
- Coordinate Haynes People Industrial Solutions event management
- Record and prepare meeting minutes
- Coordinate and prepare presentations, including PowerPoint
- Assist with annual budget report, input information, and the collation of the budget folder
- Undertake special projects as required
- Provide progressive system/reporting updates
- Purchase Order Management
- Coordinate and book travel for the Haynes People Industrial Solutions team
- Support procurement processes in accordance with the Group Procurement Policy and Authorities and Group Policies and Authorities
- Account Management with key support contract: ie Telstra, Computer One
About You:
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role is desirable
- The ability to work independently
- Strong organizational/time management skills
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal), influencing & relationship building skills
