About the Role
  • Drive guest satisfaction in service by delivering high-quality food experiences.
  • Foster innovation and creativity in the kitchen environment.
  • Provide hands-on support to junior members of the kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Service team and other departments.
  • Promote Workplace Health and Safety in our kitchens.
  • Articulate ideas for seasonal and promotional menus.
  • Support effective procurement, production, preparation, and presentation of all food.
About You
  • You will be an experienced professional holding a trade qualification relevant to your position, with technical talent and modern cuisine experience at CDP level.
  • A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in a contemporary dining setting is required.
  • You must have sound knowledge of WHS legislation and health regulations.
  • A cool head under pressure and high attention to detail are necessary.
  • Ability to work across a 7-day roster is essential.
