  • The Practice Lead will utilize advanced clinical knowledge and experience to support multidisciplinary teams in positive behaviour support and restrictive practices reduction and elimination.
  • They will lead clinical practice, mentoring, and supervising staff.
  • They will contribute to education on trauma-informed and evidence-based information for the disability services sector.
  • They will coordinate application allocation from disability services providers to use restrictive practices within the Senior Practitioner's office.
  • They will monitor and evaluate the use of restrictive practices, providing timely advice to the Senior Practitioner.

Key qualifications include registration as an approved allied health professional and current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration NDIS Endorsement.
