About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team at Zoom. As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in collaborating with Sales Directors to understand customer business needs and develop effective solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to understand customer business needs and develop effective solutions
  • Capture customer needs and requirements and demonstrate Workvivo solutions
  • Work closely with the Solutions Team, Customer Experience Team, Marketing, and Product Development to deliver impactful projects
  • Leverage tools and resources to accelerate sales opportunities and pipeline creation
