We're seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in customer service and sales. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for helping customers with their everyday banking needs, providing expert advice to make the most of their finances.

The role involves welcoming customers into the branch, creating a warm and positive first impression. You'll also assist with transactional and savings banking needs, building strong relationships with customers through regular communication and personalized service.

This is a full-time position based at our Brisbane Branch in QLD. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Welcoming all customers into the branch, creating a warm and positive first impression.
  • Helping customers with transactional and savings banking needs.
  • Building strong relationships with customers through regular communication and personalized service.
