Job Title

We are seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of all logistics activities across Australia, helping to grow our business by strengthening relationships with existing customers and attracting new ones.

Requirements
  • Freight Forwarding Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of international and domestic freight forwarding regulations, global forwarding operations, and market dynamics including competitors, carriers, and services.
  • Specialised Industry Experience
  • Hands-on experience in areas such as heavy haulage, oversized loads, project movements, stevedoring, ocean freight, customs brokerage, and administration.
  • Customer Service & Communication
  • Proven ability to engage with customers, demonstrating a strong service ethic and client-focused approach.
  • Organisational & Execution Skills
  • Methodical and detail-oriented with strong planning, time management, and execution capabilities.
  • Technical Proficiency
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills to support operational and administrative tasks.
