Job Title: Data Platform Specialist

This role involves supporting data analytic platforms, collaborating with the federal government client and other teams. Key responsibilities include providing technical support and maintenance services within agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects for data analytic platforms
  • Maintain technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Utilize tools and processes to deliver customer services, adhering to service level agreements
  • Proactively manage customer infrastructure and drive improvements in service processes
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a System Administrator with Linux infrastructure and cloud computing expertise
  • Proficiency in various Linux operating systems
  • Experience in supporting Statistical Analysis System (SAS) software
  • Database skills
  • Networking skills
  • Cloud computing and certification
  • Programming skills in Python/R, PowerShell scripting, and Bash scripting
  • Troubleshooting skills

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer focus and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain productive internal and external relationships.
