Restaurant Operations Manager

As a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring a positive experience for guests and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall dining experience.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- At least 3 years of restaurant experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- A competitive salary range of $60-$80K, depending on experience.
