Cafe Attendant Position

As a skilled and motivated cafe attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our customers.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a cafe or restaurant environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.

You will also be required to prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy and efficiency.

Please note that availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, including mornings and afternoons, is essential.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic mathematical skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating POS systems
