Before and After School Care Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team as a Before and After School Care Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children in a safe and engaging learning environment.
The Job- Work with children aged 5-12 years, delivering quality activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social development.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
Your Skills and Qualifications- A Certificate III or higher in Children's Services (or studying towards) or equivalent qualification that can be recognised for children's services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- A strong focus on child safety and well-being, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to mandatory reporting requirements.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to accommodate varying shifts and schedules.
