Role Overview

The role of the Payroll Leadership Expert is to lead and manage the payroll function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and best practices.

About You

  • You will have extensive experience in payroll leadership and management, preferably in a large and complex organization.
  • You will possess a strong understanding of payroll systems, including SAP Success Factors - Employee Central Payroll, and have experience implementing and managing these systems.
  • You will be an expert in payroll compliance and reporting obligations, with a proven track record of ensuring statutory compliance obligations are met on time and to the highest standard.
  • You will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels and external clients.
  • You will be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service skill and provide exceptional support to our clients.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the payroll function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and best practices.
  • Implement and manage payroll systems, including SAP Success Factors - Employee Central Payroll.
  • Ensure statutory compliance obligations are met on time and to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience in payroll leadership and management, preferably in a large and complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, including SAP Success Factors - Employee Central Payroll.
  • Proven track record of ensuring statutory compliance obligations are met on time and to the highest standard.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with staff at all levels and external clients.
