Early Childhood Educator Trainee Job

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Early Childhood Educator Trainee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and staff
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and centre policies, procedures, and requirements
  • Build strong relationships with children and families
  • Contribute to the education program and team activities
  • Support reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Foster a professional and positive work culture

Requirements:

  • No previous Certificate or Diploma qualification in the last 7 years
  • The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • Interest in early childhood education
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) (or willingness to receive)
