Your primary role is to create a warm and friendly environment for our customers to shop. You will be responsible for exceeding customer service expectations and making every visit an experience to remember.

Our Store Sales Team is the most important asset in our business. As the first point of contact with our customers, you play a critical role in building lasting relationships and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legendary customer experiences by maximising sales opportunities.
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation at all times.
  • Sell Value Add Products (VAPs) accessories to increase revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Possesses a passion for fashion footwear and a keen eye for detail.
  • Has previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
