As a transport professional, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers reach their destinations safely and comfortably.

The ideal candidate will have or be willing to obtain the necessary licenses and certifications required for heavy vehicle operation. They will also possess knowledge of safety practices and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a prompt and reliable transport service
  • Carrying out pre-departure checks and reporting mechanical defects
  • Driving effectively and efficiently while ensuring passengers' safety and comfort
  • Identifying, addressing and reporting unsafe or unhealthy conditions, practices or behavior in the workplace
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of road laws and company policies
  • The responsibility of collecting correct fares, issuing tickets and checking passes
  • Accurately completing recording procedures such as daily journals, time records, customer loading data and fuel and charter records

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Heavy Vehicle Licence (MR and above)
  • Necessary Licenses and Certifications
  • Knowledge of Safety Practices
  • Excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE skills
  • Excellent COMMUNICATION skills
  • A positive, proactive approach and be well presented at all times
  • Australian passport/current Australian working status
  • Flexibility for split shifts
