About the Role:

The Operations Director oversees Crown Properties in Melbourne, responsible for managing all operational aspects within their portfolio. Delivering sustainable results by exceeding customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing financial aspects including annual budgeting and cost control.
  • Developing site improvement proposals.
  • Encouraging team members to develop their skills through performance planning and training.
  • Working closely with Site Managers to ensure compliance and standards are met.
  • Recruitment, disciplinary procedures, performance evaluations, training and development of housekeeping staff.

About You:

You are well-versed in hotel management and understand exceptional housekeeping services. Influencing change and thriving in demanding environments.

  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven financial and analytical skills in interpreting budgets.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to build effective teams.
  • Confident in presenting solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
