Job Opportunity

This is a critical role responsible for guiding and supporting the development, management, and delivery of projects that enhance industry capacity and capability. The position requires strong leadership skills to manage project teams and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic project objectives into meaningful business results through design, advisory, and delivery mechanisms.
  • Create contract and business objectives, KPIs, benefit realization, and project milestones to deliver the icare Professional Standards and Capability Project.
  • Manage major capability projects portfolio and other priority business requirements to monitor performance, set priorities, and manage risk.
  • Lead Instructional Design Team (5) and external Specialist Consultants to manage projects.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for any requests or escalations with respect to the business and champion change and benefits within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in learning and development or organizational development roles.
  • Extensive experience in e-learning authoring software (ideally Articulate Storyline) and SCORM files.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to edit and proof own and others' work.
  • Detailed knowledge of different learning styles, delivery models, and methodologies, particularly blended approaches.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, especially in the context of learning design.
