Delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes is at the heart of our service.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Support Workers, providing essential care and support to clients with disabilities, seniors, and those recovering from injuries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, and dressing.

  • Offer social support through companionship or accompanying clients to appointments and community activities.

  • Engage clients in capacity-building activities to enhance learning skills and independence.

  • Provide domestic assistance with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light household cleaning.

  • Record attendance and task completion using a smartphone application.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current National Police Check (less than a year old if not NDIS Worker Screening Check).

  • A valid New South Wales issued Driver's Licence.

  • A comprehensively insured, registered, and well-maintained car.

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar discipline.

  • Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or Working with Children Check (advantageous).
