Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Educator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and education to children.

As a Childcare Educator, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children. You will work closely with other educators to plan and implement engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment that fosters a sense of belonging among children.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and meet the needs of children.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless program delivery and promote a culture of teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and participate in regular reviews to inform future planning.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in childcare or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid Certificate (including CPR and Anaphylaxis training).
