Job Overview
The Alcohol and Drug Foundation is seeking a motivated Community Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our program delivery team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the progression of Good Sports clubs across Victoria.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver workshops and community forums focused on the proactive management of alcohol in sporting environments
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community sporting clubs, leagues, and associations
* Collaborate closely with clubs to support the development and implementation of effective strategies and policies

Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience facilitating health promotion, alcohol and drug, or similar community-based programs
* Confidence engaging with community sporting club committees and volunteers
* Strong verbal communication skills, including highly developed engagement, relationship management and group presentation skills
* Demonstrated experience developing stakeholder relationships
* Awareness of community alcohol and drug issues, harm reduction and harm minimisation approaches
* Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Relevant qualifications in project management, health promotion or community development
