About this role
A highly skilled and compassionate Christian is sought to join our school community as a Chaplain and Wellbeing Officer. The successful candidate will provide spiritual guidance and support to students, while also fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who shares the love of Jesus and is passionate about youth ministry. The right person will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively with students, teachers and parents, and possess a strong commitment to Christian values.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in children/youth ministry, be enthusiastic and willing to learn and grow, and have a strong faith that inspires others.

  • Develop and implement programs to promote student wellbeing and spiritual growth.
  • Provide pastoral care and support to students, staff and families.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and promotes social cohesion.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality educational programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
