Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build visually appealing point-of-sale displays that drive sales and customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and team members to ensure effective execution of merchandising plans
  • Conduct daily store visits to report on tasks and provide high-quality photos via our StoreTrack App
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective merchandising strategies

Requirements

  • Supermarket retail experience is desirable but not essential
  • A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Minimum of 3-4 days required availability, including Wednesdays and Thursdays
